Here's a step-by-step tutorial on how to disavow backlinks in Ahrefs:
Go to Ahrefs and then Site Explorer. Now, enter your domain name.
Head over to Backlinks under the Backlink profile in the left pane.
Click on Best Links to reveal a dropdown and select Exclude all best links.
Select Dofollow and hit Show results.
Sort your links by DR to get the lowest-rated ones at the top of the list.
‍Export the backlink report as CSV.
Now you have a list of your poor-quality backlinks. You can now submit them to be disavowed using the Google Disavow tool.
However, it's important to note that Google takes disavow requests as suggestions and you are better off not spending time disavowing links as Google's algorithm is smart enough to identify poor links and disavow it themselves.
